Instruction
1. Remotely Access the Player:
a. Open and sign in to TeamViewer.
b. Navigate to the specific radio player where you want to adjust the volume.
c. Log in to the player.
2. Navigate to the Crestron XPanel App:
a. Locate the Crestron XPanel App on the desktop.
Alternatively, go to Windows, then select Crestron, and choose CrestronXPanel.
b. If the app doesn't load, click on File > Load Project in the Crestron XPanel.
c. Select the relevant Crestron XPanel Project.
3. Adjust the Audio Volume:
a. Click on User and then Controls.
b. Press CH-1 V+ multiple times to increase the volume.
c. To decrease the volume, press CH-1 V- a few times.
d. Once you have reached the desired volume level, click on Setup and then Audio.
e. In the Audio section, check Outputs 1 and 2 to ensure the volume percentages match the levels displayed under
Outputs.
It is generally recommended to lower the volume in the evening for a quieter setting.
