This article provides troubleshooting steps for resolving an issue where the display connected to the player shows a white screen with a green checkmark.
Instruction

Connect a Wireless Mouse and Keyboard:

Insert a wireless mouse and keyboard into the player's USB ports.

For convenience, consider using a keyboard with an integrated touchpad, as the player has limited USB ports.

Reboot the Player:

Power off the player by unplugging it from the power source for 20–30 seconds.

Plug the player back in to restart it.

Cancel Auto-Play (If Applicable):

If the basic settings screen appears, disable the auto-play feature.

Navigate to the "Network" section in the player settings.
