Request a Channel Valet Feature

Introduction

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to request a feature in Channel Valet.

Instruction

1. Access the Channel Valet Website:

   1. Open your preferred web browser.

   2. In the address bar, type http://channelvalet.com or search for "Channel Valet" using a search engine.

2. Login to Channel Valet:

   1. Click on the "Sign In" button.

   2. Enter the email address associated with your Channel Valet account.

   3. Input your Channel Valet account password.

3. Access Account Settings:

   1. Navigate to the left-hand side of the screen.

   2. Click the green circle with your initials to access account settings.

4. Submit a Feature Request:

   1. Select Feature Requests under the Manage section.

   2. A new tab will open, allowing you to submit a request.

   3. Enter a concise and descriptive title for the requested feature.

   4. Provide detailed information about the feature you are requesting.

   5. After entering the title and description, click Create Post to submit your request.
