Instruction

  1. If the Screen is Functional:

    1. Grab your Samsung remote control and press the "Settings" button.

    2. Navigate to and select "Support."

    3. Choose "Contact Samsung."

    4. Take a photo of the information displayed on the screen.

      1. Make sure the model code and serial number are clearly visible in the photo.

    5. Email the photo to support@revelmg.com.

  2. If the Screen is Not Functional:

    1. Go to the back of the display.

    2. Locate the label containing the model code and serial number.

    3. Take a clear photo of the label.

      1. Confirm that the model code and serial number are visible.

    4. Email the photo to support@revelmg.com.
